To analyze the differences and similarities between a written Advertisement and a spoken Advertisement
Find three advertisements consisting of written advertisements and spoken advertisements. Then, analyze it to find the differences and the similarities contained.

-          The Generic Structure
There is product name in each advertisement.
The users of the product  are people in general except the babies.

The differences in the advertisements here is in the lexico-grammatical features.

II.                The Analysis of given advertisement






1.      What is the purpose of the advertisement text above?
The purpose of the advertisement above is to persuade people to buy L’OREAL New Elvive Shampoo  in order to have healthy hair.
2.      Identify the structure used in the advertisement!
Purpose                             : To restore hair’s shine and silky feel
Name of product               : New Elvive by Loreal
Users                                 : Women

3.      How does the writer persuade people to buy the product? You may want to refer to the techniques used in advertisements, such as using scientific research, focusing on lifestyle, using famous person, etc
The company hires famous person with shine and silky hair to promote their product in the advertisement. This advertisement also focuses on the woman’s needs to have shine and silky hair.

4.      How does the writer persuade people to buy the product? You may want to refer to the techniques used in advertisements, such as using scientific research, focusing on lifestyle, using famous person, etc.
The advertisement uses famous person with shine and silky hair. This ad also  states that the product helps women restore weak, limp, lifeless, dull, straw-like hair to shine and silky hair.
