ASSIGNMENT M 5 KB 3

Today is Thursday. Based on the invitation you received from the local Education Office, you must attend the invitation on Thursday next week at 09.00-12.00 where at that hour you must carry out learning for students with the topic according to the syllabus. You are the type of teacher who is responsible for the task of educating and teaching and caring for the learning process of students. You have a week to compile teaching materials so students keep learning.
TASK
1.      Identify the learning objectives according to the syllabus and describe the indicators specifically  
      and operationally,
2.     Expose and formulate the material in outlines according to the formulation of the learning 
      objectives
3.     Formulate or write 2-3 questions to be discussed by students cooperatively as long as you stay at 
      the invitation at the Education Office. Don't forget to appoint the class leader who will 
      coordinate the discussion activities.
4.     Make an assessment rubric to assess the results of your students' discussions.

Tujuan Pembelajaran:
Setelah mengikuti proses pembelajaran, peserta didik diharapkan dapat:
         Menentukan tujuan  komunikatif  teks ungkapan keharusan, larangan dan himbauan
         Menggunakan ungkapan yang tepat dalam struktur teks yang runtut dengan unsur kebahasaan yang benar sesuai konteks mengungkapkan keharusan, larangan dan himbauan dalam bentuk tulisan yakni memberi saran kepada orang lain.

GIVING ADVICE
Giving and taking suggestions or advice is important in our life. We have to tell each other what we think is good for us or for somebody who needs suggestions. We can share our ideas and thoughts in order to make something better.
You can use the following expressions to give advice, but remember that we do not usually give advice unless someone asks for it. They are listed from stronger to less strong.

English is one of difficult subject for me. I don’t understand what my teachers or people’s words in English. I really want to speak English fluently.  What should I do?

Learning English will be easy if we practice all of time. You should greet your teacher and your friends in English. You should not be ashamed to use English with them.  You should answer the questions in English. You should take leave in English. If you like music, you should listen to more English songs. You should sing more English songs. It is important that you should understand the lyrics too in order to enrich your vocabulary.  You should not be ashamed to speak and write in English. You should be sure that teacher will help you if you have problem in your English. I am sure that you can speak English fluently if you try harder.

3.      INDEPENDENT LEARNING STEPS
a)      You will be given two cases or problems to be discussed in the class.
b)      Your class monitor will lead the class discussion about the topic.
c)      After the discussion, you will write your advice based on the given situation in a piece of paper individually. Don’t forget to write your name on the top of paper.
d)     Your writing will be submitted to the class monitor and the class monitor will put your works on my table at teacher’s room
e)      The secretary of the class will write the name of students who are trouble makers during your independent learning.


I'm a 13 year-old junior high student. I'm small for my age and quite shy. Recently a group of three bigger students in my class have started bullying me. The tease me about being small, ask for money and are threatening to push me into a river if I don't give them money. What should I do?
